Official Arrival: 2nd June | Conference: 3rd‑6th June | Departure: 6th June.

The Parliament of Ghana will facilitate transportation services from Kotoka International Airport to the designated conference hotels. Officials of the Parliament of Ghana will be at the airport to assist participants.

Transportation services will be provided from conference hotels to all meetings and official social events during the conference dates. Private transportation options include Uber, Bolt, and Yango.

Participants are required to provide their travel itineraries (flight details, dates/times of arrival and departure) via familyvalues@parliament.gh latest by Sunday, 30th May 2026.

The Parliament of Ghana will take reasonable measures to ensure the security and safety of all participants. Participants are required to wear their accreditation badges at all meetings and social functions. Participants may, in addition to their accreditation badges, have their passports readily available for identification.

Formal / Traditional attire for all meetings and dinners.

It is recommended to obtain appropriate health & travel insurance. Participants on special medications should bring their prescriptions and relevant documents. A medical team will be at the conference venue for first‑aid and emergencies.

• Passport valid for at least 6 months from date of entry.
• African passport holders: no visa required as of 25 May 2026.
• Non‑African participants: apply to Ghana High Commission / Embassy.
• For countries without a resident Ghana mission: request visa on arrival by notifying Parliament of Ghana at least two weeks prior via familyvalues@parliament.gh (include bio-data page and travel itinerary).

An accreditation desk will be set up at the Conference venue on Tuesday, 2nd June 2026, and will operate throughout the Conference. Participants are required to report to the accreditation desk to receive their badges. Wear your badge at all functions.

All other relevant documents will be made available to participants prior to the scheduled meetings.
